NAC Out Recipes

N-acetylcysteine (NAC) isn’t something you can get directly from food — it’s a supplement form of the amino acid cysteine. What you can do is eat foods that are naturally rich in cysteine (and other sulfur-containing compounds) so your body has the raw materials to make more glutathione — which is exactly what NAC does as a supplement.
